What Does A Good Project Plan Look Like?
Fail to plan, plan to fail. We’ve heard it before, but what does a good project plan actually look like? What should be included, how does it relate to a charter, and who should write it? We’ll talk about the components of a project plan, the people that put it together, and, most importantly, discuss the project management context in which it can be most effective.
Learning Objectives:
- Context: why do we write a project plan?
- Construction: who is involved?
- Components: what does it contain?
