Cathy Byrnes
Human Potential Consultants Inc.
Cathy has been a member of the Human Potential Consultants Inc. (HPCI) team since 2004. Cathy is involved in the training, marketing and product development aspects of HPCI.
Her background and expertise are principally in the areas of Finance, Management, Human Resources and Customer Service. She has enjoyed a diverse career with Canadian and multi-national companies. Cathy was instrumental in the development of procedures for ISO9002 for a private company, the implementation from the beginning through certification and she became certified as a lead auditor. She later became part of the Quality Management Team responsible for maintaining ISO9002.
Cathy managed many other projects in her career, both alone and with a management team. She executed a huge multi-location fixed asset reconciliation, took the lead in software customization and implementation, coordinated the creation of a custom written accounts receivable ageing report program and collection system, liaised with external accountants to complete annual audits and created and managed a wide variety of projects over the years.
As a member of the Human Potential Consultants Inc. (HPCI) team Cathy has trained a variety of people in Proactive Communication and Interviewing Skills including Police Officers, University police and investigators as well as a variety of groups in the private sector. She has enjoyed sharing techniques to deliver outstanding Customer Service, develop instant rapport and Make More Sales, build more Effective Teams, improve Leadership Skills, deal with Conflict and deliver more Effective Presentations.
