The components of the deliverables in each phase are described, examples of the evolution of requirements through the lifecycle phases are presented, and guidelines for each deliverable are provided.

Marie Halsey is a Senior Business Analyst with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. She specializes in the front-line tasks required for large software solutions and brings wide-ranging expertise in requirements elicitation, definition and consulting, requirements management, change management, and functional and data analysis.
She has been a key participant in the development of EDS’ Global Business Analysis Capability organization, which currently supports over 2500 BAs. She was responsible for the development of EDS’ standard Requirements Determination Process, including processes, roles and responsibilities, tools, and templates.
Leveraging this experience, she provides ‘thought-leadership’ on methods and tools for requirements documentation and management to individuals, projects, interest groups and forums in the BA community. |
