The Senior Project Forum is a one day workshop designed for project management personnel at the senior level or higher. This is a special opportunity for these people to focus on the issues most important to them, learn from each other, network and share experiences.

3:45 Portfolio Management - linking your projects to your Vision Jane Holden, Executive Director Canada Health Infoway Canada Health Infoway is a federally-funded organization whose mission is to accelerate the implementation and use of electronic health records for all Canadians, bringing our paper-based health care system into the 21st century. Electronic health records will increase patient safety, reduce costs and increase access to health care services. To achieve all of this, Infoway is currently monitoring a $1.5 billion portfolio of hundreds of information technology-based projects, across 10 strategic investment programs, in collaboration with 13 provinces and territories, and thousands of individual stakeholders across the country. In order to deal effectively with such a large and complex mandate, Infoway has developed a variety of project portfolio management (PPM) tools and techniques, and embedded them into its daily way of doing business.
