 PDU Accumulation Information
PDUs are accumulated through attendance at ProjectWorld*BusinessAnalystWorld as follows:
7 per day per workshop
1 per hour of the symposium
Personalized PDU certificates are given at the end of a workshop.
A PDU Reporting Form will be available at the conference and posted to the website.

Register only to attend the Networking Breakfast and Keynote.  You will enjoy the opportunity to network with your regional industry peers through formal networking activities and introductions.  Then stay for the Keynote!  Following, there may be an opportunity for some further interaction.

Workshop/Forum Selections
Workshops are on a first-come-first-served basis. When registering, please include appropriate codes on your registration form, or make the appropriate selection in the on-line system, to secure your place.   ProjectWorld * BusinessAnalystWorld reserves the right to close registration for sessions if necessary.  We will try to accommodate on-site changes to your workshop selection.  Please see Merry Clayton at the Customer Service Desk at Registration.  However, in most cases, workshops fill-up to capacity during the pre-registration period.   We encourage you to select carefully.

Discounts
Groups - any group of 5 people or more registering from one organization for any parts of the conference are entitled to a group discount. Please call  905-948-0470  ext 228 or  888-443-6786  ext 228.

PMI/IIBA Members are entitled to the group discount, however this cannot be combined with any other group or corporate sponsorship discount.  When registering, please use the group discount code   PMI  or  IIBA.

Secure Site
ProjectWorld * BusinessAnalystWorld online registration is on a secure server. We guarantee that every transaction you make will be 100% safe. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and addresses so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Invoices

Invoices are prepared for group registrations only.   These are initiated by the group contact at your company..

If you are part of a group which is being invoiced for all registrations, please be sure to contact the group organizer at your company prior to registering to ensure the proper procedure is followed.  If you are not sure who to contact, please call Merry at  905-948-0470  ext.228 for further information.

If your company has been given a group discount code, but is not being invoiced, proceed to register on line using this code to receive the discounted pricing.  Payment is made by credit card.

Conference Changes
ProjectWorld * BusinessAnalystWorld reserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness or other like event. If for any reason ProjectWorld * BusinessAnalystWorld has to cancel a workshop or track session the attendee is still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee. ProjectWorld * BusinessAnalystWorld will make every attempt to immediately notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.

Confirmation of Registration and Receipts
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration, which, if you have paid by credit card, includes your receipt, if you provide us with your e-mail address on your registration form. Cancellations and Badge Transfers

Cancellations made in writing prior to September 19, 2009 will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of $100.00. Registrants that do not attend the program or cancel after September 19, 2009 are liable for the full fee.

Registrations received after September 19, 2009 are 100% non-refundable.

Registrations may be transferred at any time without penalty.

Hotels & Attractions
Arrangements have been made through the ProjectWorld*Business Analyst World Housing Bureau - for special rates at a number of downtown hotels. Contact the Housing Bureau directly at  (800) 514-9614  to arrange your accommodation.

Registration Credits

From time to time, difficulty may be experienced in registering or while attending the event.  While these situations are very rare, registration fee refunds are not given.  We are able to provide a credit towards a future ProjectWorld*BusinessAnalystWorld event.  These situations are dealt with on an individual basis through Customer Service while you are at the event only.  Subsequent requests following the event will not result in a credit being provided.
