Description

Effective Influencing Skills for BAs and PMs is designed especially for professionals seeking an opportunity to learn, practice, and receive constructive feedback on techniques for influencing diverse stakeholders at all levels in their organizations. This highly interactive workshop enables BAs and PMs to learn about their own influencing styles and acquire ways to adapt their style to appeal to the interests of others to achieve win-win results. Through a variety of exercises, including simulated practice sessions using interest-based methods to gain buy-in and commitment, participants will acquire new tools to apply on the job.

Gain self-awareness about one's own influencing style and how it affects others

Learn techniques for being more assertive and diplomatic with diverse stakeholders

Practice communicating upwards, horizontally, and downwards to influence others in routine and conflict situations
