Description
Organizations seek to understand the business through Business Process Analysis using models. People, process and systems can be captured using models in present sand future state to show how things work and what needs to be changed. This one day intensive covers business process levels, approaches and methodologies, the associated process levels diagrams and collaborative diagramming activities. Tools include: level diagrams, relationship diagrams, cross-functional diagrams, work flow diagrams and decomposition considerations.

Richard Lannon has extensive senior management and leadership experience within the business world where he excels at partnering with people and organizations to facilitate, train and coach their resources.
After serving in the corporate IT world for over 25 years with such companies as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Canadian Pacific Railway, PanCanadian (today's Encana) and Computer Consultants International in November of 2003 Richard left the corporate world to start a journey into a BraveWorld.
Richard realized that he wanted to focus on investing in the success of others, people and organizations, so that they will be successful. Today, this is why Richard partners with technical organizations and professionals to identify what is important, establish direction, create structure and to build skills that positively impact the bottom-line. It is his passion to work with people and organizations to help them put in place a blueprint to become S.E.T. for Success (Structured, Engaged and Trained).
Under that mandate Richard has fore-fathered and contributed to the development of the Business Analysis Certificate program at Mount Royal College, built on the entrepreneurial business development for technical professionals with MKS Learning, facilitated the Investment in Excellence program with the Proton Foundation and the Pacific Institute in the United Kingdom, established the ITSM Roadmap needs within the oil and gas and utilities industry, created Braveworlds SET for Success Initiative and program authored Staying Balanced in a Noised Filled World� and Leadership Skills for the Technical Professional.
Richard is engaged as a consultant, facilitator, speaker, trainer and coach for technical organizations and professionals. His business partners recognize him as a change agent, an instigator and a facilitator that provides insight and the tools needed to build business skills in the technical organization that positively impacts productivity and the bottom-line.
