Description
Approached in a more comprehensive manner, diversity will become
a relevant issue for your employees who do not currently work with
people who are racially or technically different from themselves. We
strongly support acquiring practical skills for immediate use, while
preparing the organization for the future.
You will learn:
• Changes in the business environment that support valuing
diversity;
• Diverse work teams (characteristics, team tools, and
implications);
• Reading others and communicating effectively using recent
techniques related to neuro-linguistic programming and brainbased
learning;
• Using humour to discourage stereotyping and prejudgement;
• Developing and modeling best practices; and
• Creative action planning.
