Whether you are the manager or a member of a team, chances are you’ve wished that your team members had better communication with each other. Team building can be simple and easy, consisting of exercises given during group meetings. It can also be virtual, consisting of exercises sent via email, or it can be more in-depth with focused team building sessions. This session will provide team building exercises that fit each of these categories and will also allow participants to try them out for themselves. The session will be interactive, asking participants to share their ideas and experiences, as well as requiring them to participate in the team building exercises.
