Description Speaker(s)

Unexpected challenges, personality differences, and unintended consequences can derail even the best planned project. It is easy to build connections and plans early in a project. It takes resilience to keep the same project moving through obstacles.
Take a mental inventory of projects you have managed and identify resilience. Explore the elements of resilience: congruence, connection and competence. Apply this model to a current project and notice how these elements are already present in your project team. Identify allies and strategies for building the elements of resilience before you need them.

Linda Ferguson and Chris Keeler are Senior Partners at NLP Canada Training
Inc. Together, they create workshops, courses and experiences for people who
want to do more by thinking more effectively. Integrated thinking allows their
clients to focus attention on the way different components combine in order to
produce a product that is much more than the sum of its parts. Working with
insights gained from fields as diverse as neuroscience, psychology, management
and the arts, Ferguson and Keeler guide clients into the kind of thinking that
produces tangible results.
