You may choose to register for one day (either workshop or symposium), two days (either both workshops, both symposium, or we offer a two day pass which is a one day workshop and one day of the symposium).  You may also choose from a three or four day pass, scheduled with workshops only, or a combination of workshops and the symposium to fit your educational needs. 

STUDENT FORUM - the Student Forum is free for students and conference delegates to attend, and $15.00 for all others.

A GROUP DISCOUNT CODE will be given to companies who are able to send five or more individuals and qualify for a group discount.
If you have the code, please enter it where indicated, right at the beginning of the registration process.  The discounted pricing will be shown on the agenda page..  Not sure your company already qualified, please review the list of group discount codes located under the REGISTER navigation tool - dropdown menu entitled Group Discounts on the website, or call Merry - 289-789-2228 or 888-443-6786 x2228 to obtain further information or to obtain your company code.  The group discount cannot be combined with any other discount.

PMI/IIBA Members - You are entitled to the group registration rate.   When registering, please use the group discount code    PMI     or   IIBA.   This discount cannot be combined with any other discount.

Workshop/Forum Selections

Workshops are on a first-come-first-served basis. When registering, please include appropriate codes on your registration form, or make the appropriate selection in the on-line system, to secure your place. ProjectWorld * BusinessAnalystWorld reserves the right to close registration for sessions if necessary. We will try to accommodate on-site changes to your workshop selection. Please see Merry Clayton at the Customer Service Desk at Registration. However, in most cases, workshops fill-up to capacity during the pre-registration period. We encourage you to select carefully.

Discounts

Groups - any group of 5 people or more registering from one organization for any parts of the conference are entitled to a group discount. Please call 905-948-0470 ext 2228 or 888-443-6786 ext 2228 to receive your group discount code. Or visit the group discount code link above.

PMI/IIBA Members are entitled to the group discount, however this cannot be combined with any other group or corporate sponsorship discount. When registering, please use the group discount codes PMI or IIBA.

PDUs

PDUs are available through your attendance at ProjectWorld and are earned as follows:
7 per day per workshop
1 per hour during the symposium
A PDU Reporting Form will be available on site and posted to the website following the event.  Please use this form to track your attendance.  It contains our REP information and the reference numbers to use when reporting your activities to the PMI. 

CDUs

A CDU Tracking Form will be provided on site and posted to the website following the event.

Secure Site

ProjectWorld* BusinessAnalystWorld online registration is on a secure server. We guarantee that every transaction you make will be 100% safe. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and addresses so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Invoices

Invoices are prepared for group registrations only. These are initiated by the group contact at your company at the onset of registering those attending. If you are part of a group which is being invoiced for all registrations, please be sure to contact the group organizer at your company prior to registering to ensure the proper procedure is followed. If you are not sure who to contact, please call Merry at 905-948-0470 ext.2228 for further information. If your company has been given a group discount code, but is not being invoiced, proceed to register on line using this code to receive the discounted pricing. Payment is made by credit card.

Conference Changes

ProjectWorld* BusinessAnalystWorld reserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness or other like event. If for any reason ProjectWorld * BusinessAnalystWorld has to cancel a workshop or track session the attendee is still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee. ProjectWorld * BusinessAnalystWorld will make every attempt to immediately notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.

Confirmation of Registration and Receipts

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration, which, if you have paid by credit card, includes your receipt, if you provide us with your e-mail address on your registration form. Cancellations and Badge Transfers

Cancellations made in writing prior to March 18, 2012 will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of $100.00. Registrants that do not attend the program or cancel after March 18, 2012 are liable for the full fee. Registrations received after March 18, 2011 are 100% non-refundable. Entire registrations may be transferred to a colleague at any time without penalty.

Hotels & Attractions

Arrangements have been made through the ProjectWorld*BusinessAnalystWorld - for special rates at a number of downtown hotels. Information coming soon.

Registration Credits

From time to time, difficulty may be experienced in registering or while attending the event. While these situations are very rare, registration fee refunds are not given. We are able to provide a credit towards a future ProjectWorld*BusinessAnalystWorld event. These situations are dealt with on an individual basis through Customer Service while you are at the event only. Subsequent requests following the event will not result in a credit being provided.
