FREE to all comers! Join us at the end of the day on Tuesday at 4:30pm. The Trade Show will open early this year in time to allow delegates to look around and meet our sponsors and vendors before the crowds hit the next day. Networking, prize draws, entertainment and a cash bar.
Wednesday, April 16
8:00am - Trade Show Opens
- 50+ exhibitors
- Our Conference Boutique is opened – Drop your prize draw ticket stub in the barrel and qualify to win one of many prizes
- Many of the vendors have their own prizes to draw for – look for ways to qualify for those prizes at each booth
8:45 - 10:00am - Opening Session and Keynote Speaker – in the Main Theatre
10:15am - Workshops begin or resume – these are the 1 or 2 day courses offered at the conference – not the track sessions
10:45am - All track sessions begin – for those specifically registered for 1 or 2 day Symposium
11:45 - 1:15pm - First of two lunch sessions – if you have paid to attend the symposium track sessions you will find a lunch voucher in your badge – use this to pick up your lunch in the Restaurant area. No Lunch voucher – they accept cash for all items
1:00pm - 2:15pm - Second lunch session
4:45pm -
Join us for a short while at the end of the day or for the evening. Start with a refreshment with your peers following the symposium at 4:45pm. The bar is open (not an open bar), the tradeshow is open, prizes are flying and all are welcome.
