He is a member of the eBusiness Group of CGI (CGI-SAE) and the manager of the CGI-SAE software engineering process group (Cortex). Fazil Chouakri has more than 15 years experience in the IT Industry as as a project manager and a senior business architect. He is providing executive consulting services on many aspects of software development, project management and process improvement. He was involved in major projects performed in different business domains : Manufacturing, Retailing, Banking, Insurance, Education and Utilities. These projects were more P+ and RUP based. Fazil Chouakri is currently working on projects to implement agile and lean software development.
