Can we justify investments in training, tools and process improvements? Can we ever estimate BA work on more than gut feel? This session will look at work being done at EDS Canada to identify and measure the key indicators of BA performance (both productivity and quality).

Campbell Ferenbach is a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Facilitator and Project Leader with EDS Canada. Mr. Ferenbach has over 20 years of experience in a variety of business and technical environments that enable him to quickly craft high-quality solutions to project challenges. He is currently working with a team professionalizing the business analysis capability within EDS. He will be writing his CBAP exam at the Montreal PW-BAW.
Leonard Belanger is a Systems Professional with 20 years experience in diverse areas such as requirements analysis, modeling, testing, technical support, performance analysis and monitoring and production control.
In his current Business Analyst role, Mr. Belanger is supporting the build out of an EDS business analysis capability through the development of processes, guidelines, templates and procedures. He is also currently working towards his CBAP designation.
